Zoeva Palettes - Buy or Buh-bye?

Hello beautiful!
I'm here with another review as promised . I decided to name my reviews "Buy or Buh-bye" because.. well because it makes sense to me .
 I recently bought some +ZoevaCosmetics  stuff and I announced on my Instagram ( http://instagram.com/makeupbyanjelique ) that I will post a review , so here I am with it .

For those who do not know what Zoeva is , it is a german brand that makes amazing makeup brushes and cosmetics. They have quite a big range , from eyeshadow palettes to blush palettes and some other great stuff that I invite you to take a look at on their website http://zoevacosmetics.com .

I came across their products on Instagram , the place where you find everything , so I decided to give it a try considering the fact that they are affordable , in fact cheap in comparison with the quality. I mean , guys ... belive me when I say .. these palettes are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G .

I bought 2 eyeshadow palettes and 1 blush palette , the eyeshadow palettes were 17,50 euro and the blush palette was 17,80 euro .
So , without further ado let's jump right into the review :

Coral Spectrum Blush Palette

This is the Coral Spectrum Blush Palette , and I absolutely love the color range . This is actually the main reason I bought it , because the shades can work on every skintone , suits every complexion , from fair to dark.
This palette is , as I mentioned before , 17,80 euro . the shades do not have names , but they have numbers , so from top to bottom
- CR010 (the darkest pink)
-CR020 (the neutral pink )
-CR030 (the bronze shade)
-CR040 ( the lightest one )

This is how the shades look swatched. So beautiful ! This palette is worth buying in my opinion !

Mixed Metals Eyeshadow Palette

This is the Mixed Metals Palette , and my current obsession . No , I don't want to just say good stuff about these products but I just don't have anything bad to say about them . I just do not have .
Guys , this palette is life , it's a dream . I love it .
It comes with 9 metallic eyeshadows and 1 matte and I was 17,50 euro . I would seriously pay so much more for this , but thank you +ZoevaCosmetics for the price and quality and the effort you put in these products , cuz they are so good !!

Naturally Yours Eyeshadow Palette

I'm just going to start by saying this packaging is bomb. Done.

This is the Naturally Yours palette . So pretty and neutral , and ... huh...
It comes with 5 metallic eyeshadows and 5 matte eyeshadows , so it can suit any need.
The eyeshadows are so creamy and so pigmented , again , the quality is beyond what I expected ( no offence) . Really , I expected them to be good , but not this good . I mean amazing , beautiful and affordable . Match made in heaved !

Being a student

Hello my beautiful girls !

I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a while , but I've been so busy these couple of weeks that I don't have time for anything .
Today I'll tell you a little story of what is like being a student . In makeup school :)

As I have said before , makeup is my passion , and I want it to be my job . Here , in Romania is not so easy to work as a makeup artist without a certificate that proves you know how to do makeup.

I was so tired of searching and reading reviews about different makeup schools that for a moment I decided to give up . But thanks to my beautiful mother ,  I did not , so I continued to search for the school I felt it was the best.

I created a top 3 , and finally chose one , that right now I can say it was the best decision.
I enrolled in Krasny Mask Makeup School , my trainer being Manuela Gisca , and I am more than happy with my decision.

In my head and medium knowledge about makeup , I really thought I would get there with an advantage , but you know... When you get there you realise you don't know a damn thing ( LOL).

Learning the right way to do makeup is soooooo important , learning that not everything looks good on everyone and the fact that the way you do your makeup is not as easy as doing somebody else's makeup is like , another world.

From the first class until now , I've learned so much , and I feel like I'm doing everything the right way because Manuela taught us how to do makeup right .

So , to help you understand what the Beginner Module in makeup is , here is a look of what I've done so far in class :

Review : L'Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation

Hello beauties !
Today I'm going to review a foundation. I really belive I'm the only one who has found about this now , because it's old.
I'm talking about the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation .

Although I found about this foundation now , I am absolutely in love with it .
It is a sheer formula , which you can build up , so the coverage is originally light to medium in my opinion. But Lumi is that kind of foundation that you can put 35 layers of foundation and you would still look flawless.
I personally get medium coverage (which I like , because I don't feel my makeup being heavy after applying powder and concealer) with 3 layers of foundation .

Lumi Foundation was made to difuse light and reflect it , so your face would look as if lit from within (the last part I stole from the bottle )

In terms of shades , Lumi comes with 9 shades . N1 Pure Pearl , N3 Pure Linen , N4 Pure Beige , W3 Gold Linen , C2 Rose Porcelain , W5 Gold Sand ,W6 Gold Camel , C4 Rose Beige , C5 Rose Sand .
So , as you can see the N shades have a mixed subtone , the W shades have a yellow subtone (those are the shades I am using ) and the C shades have a pink subtone.
It also has SPF 18 in it , which is never bad , right ?

I own two shades , W6 Gold Camel and N3 Pure Linen. As you can see , it is pretty obvious which one has yellow and which one is mixed. I say mixed because it is not pink but it is not yellow either. It has a subtone somewhere inbetween. When I got these , I was afraid , because I have oily skin , and iluminating foundation are not for my skin . I usually go for foundation for normal to oily skin, so this was a very pleasant surprise.
Actually , it was love at first sight , to be onest.
I love this foundation ! It's worthy of buying !

How to : Create your own lipsticks

Hey , beauties !
Today I'll be telling you how to create your own lipsticks.
So basically , you need 3 things :

• Lipgloss ( the one I use is sticky )
• An eyeshadow pallette ( it doesn't matter what shades it has , so nudes, or bright colours , it all depends on what colours you like hanging on your lips )
• A lip brush

This is the simplest trick ever . You just need to put a small amount of lipgloss on the back of your hand , and to dust some eyeshadow. You mix them , and voila ! That is your lipstick.
I personally like my lipstick to be matte , so i mattify it with a little bit of translucent power.
I don't know if this is the right way to do it , or if it's ok , but since I discovered this way of creating my own lipsticks I've wore like a ton of colours.

10 Beauty Question Tag

Hello , my beauties !

I couldn't start my beauty blog without this post.
What I'm talking about is a tag called "10 Beauty Question Tag ", and it's basically what it is , so I will jump right into it

1. Do your remember your first makeup item ?
   Yes , I actually do . I'm from Romania , and here there is one makeup product every woman owns , and that is the black eyeliner pencil from ADA ( my romanian girls will now of what I'm speaking about ) . I think this is the best sold eyeliner here in Romania . I don't think that there is a woman out here who doesn't own one , and in fact , these eyeliners are very good.
2. Describe your perfect mascara.Have you found one that fits your specifications?
   My perfect mascara would be waterproof , and that is a must. I like my makeup to stay on my face , like , all day long without having to re-do it every hour , so definitely waterproof. I''ve tried like a ton of mascaras until I found one that i actually like , and that is the Catrice Jet Lash Waterproof Mascara . I think you can understand why I like it ...
3. What kind of coverage do you prefer from foundation?
   Well , i like my foundation to be light , because I can build up very easily my makeup , and I can acheive that flawless skin I'm looking for. 
4. Favorite high end brand ?
   Big fan of MAC . I think they take their job seriously , because the products are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G .
5. What cosmetic brand have you always wanted to try but still haven't ?
   Many . But the top 3 let's say : NARS , Bobbi Brown and Anastasia Beverly Hills.
6. Favourite drugstore brand ?
   Easy.Rimmel London.
7. Do you wear fake eyelashes?
   Only on occasions , like an event or something . I already have long and full lashes , so I see no need in wearing fake ones on a daily basis.
8. Is there any kind of makeup you can't leave the house without?
   If you count lip balm as makeup , then lip balm would be my answer.
9. What is your most cherised beauty product?
   My most cherised beauty product would be my Flormar SuperMatte Lipstick in shade 201 . I absolutely love the color , it is like an orange red , and it works perfectly in all seasons.
10. How often do you shop for makeup? What do you usually buy?To be honest , I do it whenever I have the oportunity . I usually buy lipsticks , because I'm a lipstick maniac.
